1.These terms and conditions (the "T&C's") apply to this "Golden Box- Scratch and win cash back/Bike/Gold/TV" promotional offer (the "Offer") brought for the Bunge Indian Private Limited ("Bunge India") Retailers by Bunge India and conducted by RewardPort ("Partner agency") on the selected SKUs only (together referred to as "Products").
2.To be entitled for the Offer, the Retailers needs to enroll for the Promotional program by visiting the below mentioned site ("Participant").

4.Bunge India reserves the right to alter/modify/ delete/ withdraw/ suspend/ cancel this Offer.
5.This Offer is a limited period offer valid from 15th August 2024 to 14th September 2024, in India.
6.Every Participant gets a chance to win Cash Back, Bike, Gold or TV.
7.Pointers for Participant who needs to redeem the cash back, in UPI Linked bank account/UPI/Amazon-pay linked bank account.
8.Voucher code as printed on the voucher can be used only once for getting the OTP. Bunge India shall not be responsible in case of the OTP being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained. The amount will be credited in the respective wallet as per the code received on the voucher.
9.Participant is required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner Agency's end.
10.The cash back cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated after expiry date.
11.Maximum 200 vouchers can be redeemed per person per month through one mobile number.
12.The Cash amount will be credited within 48 hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.
13.In no event UPI Linked bank account/UPI/Amazon-pay be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the Participant.
14.The details of UPI linked bank account have to be entered by the customer themselves.
15.If the customer enter incorrect UPI Linked bank account details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.
16.Once customer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e. either UPI Linked bank account/UPI Voucher it cannot be modified.
17.If the OTP is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new or duplicate OTP will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Each OTP is strictly a one-time usage code.
18.Bunge India, Partner agency or UPI Linked bank account /UPI/Amazon shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the OTP, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.
19.UPI Linked bank account /UPI/Amazon voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.
20.No two Offers can be clubbed, and the Prizes cannot be carried forward. In case of Gift in the form of Articles, the base model will be given unless otherwise mentioned. All incidental charges shall be borne by participant directly.
21.After delivering the price to the winners the responsibility of Bunge India ends and for any queries, complaints, warranties and guarantees with respect to the gifted Article the responsibility of manufacturer and seller of the product starts.
22.The participant agrees to allow Bunge India / Partner agency to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. The participants grant Bunge India right to use their individual information as appropriate. Any personal data relating to the Participant will be used solely in accordance with current Indian data protection law. 23.The decision of Bunge India, as regards to the Offer shall be final and binding on the Participant. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
24.The Offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Offer shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai.
25.All applicable government levies, including GST, income tax etc. in connection with the grant of the credits and Gift Articles will be borne and payable by the Participant (if applicable).
